ClearCalc provides free calculators and educational content for general informational purposes only. 2. Accuracy and data
We strive to keep the calculators accurate, but we make no guarantee that results are correct, complete, or current. Any reference rates shown (for example, average mortgage rates) are sourced from third parties such as Freddie Mac via the Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED) service and are provided for general reference only; they are not an offer of credit and may not reflect the rate available to you.
3. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

5. Intellectual property and embedding
The Site's content, design, and calculator code are owned by ClearCalc unless otherwise stated. You may embed our calculator widgets on your own website using the code provided on our Embed page, provided you keep the "Powered by ClearCalc" attribution link intact. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute the Site's content in bulk without permission.
6. Third-party links and ads
The Site contains advertising and may contain links to third-party websites, including affiliate links. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third parties. Your dealings with them are solely between you and the third party.
